In the international project TERPECA (Top Escape Rooms Project) our game made it to the final ranking. It finished in 249th place worldwide and 3rd place in the Czech Republic. Our game also received The BEST OF MORTY 2024 award, which evaluated more than 50,000 games from around the world.

The detective escape game is designed for groups of 2-6 players who find themselves in a real environment of a small cinema filled with various logical tasks and mysterious symbols. Players have 80 minutes to complete their mission, and who knows if their visit to the cinema will end there…

It’s rumored among people around the Dawn cinema that a similar film screening took place recently, but no one returned from it. Maybe it’s just a rumor, but what if… Either you get to the heart of the local ‘mystery,’ or the locals will have something to talk about again.
The film and the game are not suitable for children under 12 years old, and children under 15 can only enter when accompanied by an adult! The time to complete the tasks is 80 minutes.
There are places where time has stopped. Don’t believe it? How about the Úsvit cinema? From the stories of the witnesses, it can be learned that films were shown here as early as the late 1950s, and although it has undergone some changes since then, it has essentially preserved its retro character. Perhaps thanks to the local projectionist, who took over the trade from his father. Gone are the days when the audience filled all fourteen seats, but it is still open just the same. From morning until evening, from Monday to Sunday.
Once, the projector and cashier in one person had ambitions to be a director; he loved Méliès’s A Trip to the Moon, Murnau’s Nosferatu, Gone with the Wind with Vivien Leigh, and other old films, but that was not enough for him to become an artist himself. In part of the cinema, he even created a small museum of old techniques that were used at the dawn of cinema. As the years went by, he transformed from a person brimming with enthusiasm into an eccentric who doesn’t say much.
Everyone wants to fulfill their dream, and so the projector tells everyone that he will definitely make a film someday. It’s supposed to be called The Missing and is said to make him famous. But he’s been saying this for quite a few years now, and everyone makes fun of it. That’s why they were surprised by the news about the upcoming premiere…
